Kai is built to be a space where people can share experiences, reflect on their lives, and connect with others in a thoughtful and supportive environment. Many members of this community may be discussing personal struggles, emotions, goals, and meaningful moments in their lives. Because of this, we hold our community to a high standard of respect and kindness.
These guidelines exist to protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone using Kai. By participating in the Kai community, you agree to follow the principles outlined below.
The Kai community is guided by a few simple principles: respect others, engage thoughtfully, avoid harm, and help maintain a supportive environment. We expect every member to contribute to a space that feels safe and constructive for everyone.
All members must communicate respectfully with others. You may disagree with someone's perspective, but disagreements must always remain respectful and constructive.

Kai has zero tolerance for harassment or bullying. Harassment includes repeated unwanted comments, targeting a user in a hostile way, or attempting to humiliate or shame someone publicly.

Any form of hate speech or discriminatory behavior will be removed immediately and may result in account suspension or banning.
Kai is not a place for trolling or intentionally disruptive behavior. If a user consistently disrupts conversations or creates unnecessary conflict, moderation actions may be taken.

Many people come to Kai to reflect, share, or seek understanding. When engaging with others, please be mindful that discussions may involve sensitive personal experiences. Avoid dismissive, judgmental, or harmful responses to people sharing vulnerable moments. Supportive and thoughtful engagement helps maintain the positive nature of the community.
Content that encourages harm to oneself or others is not permitted. If content of this nature appears, it will be removed immediately.

Kai should not be used for spam or unrelated promotional activity. Accounts engaged in spam may be restricted or removed.

Kai uses automated moderation systems as well as human review to ensure the community guidelines are followed. If a comment violates the guidelines, it will be removed from the community feed.

Once banned, the user will no longer be able to access Kai using that account. These measures help ensure that the community remains safe and respectful for everyone.
If you encounter content that violates the community guidelines, you can report it. Our moderation systems review reported content and take appropriate action when necessary. User reports help us maintain a healthier community environment.
